A simple guide so your sealcoating job goes smoothly. From the day we arrive through the first few weeks of cure time.
Before, during, and after. We handle everything on our end. Here's what to know on yours.
General timing. Temperature, humidity, and sun exposure affect the exact cure window. Always confirm with us on your job.
Wait at least 24 hours before walking on the sealed surface. Keep kids and pets off until then.
Wait at least 48 hours before driving on it. Always confirm with Pro Seal first.
Avoid sharp turns while parked. Vary your parking spot slightly to prevent tire marks.
All of these are totally normal during the first few weeks after sealcoating.
May appear for the first week or two. They fade as the sealer fully cures.
Slight differences between older and freshly sealed sections even out over time.
Where sealer meets grass or landscaping may need a quick rinse after the first rain.
If you're unsure about timing or anything doesn't look right, give us a call. We'd rather answer a quick question than have you guess.
